Why should I learn SKY Breath Meditation?
SKY can empower you by providing effective tools to manage the mind and emotions. With this comes the confidence that you can live life as you wish. You will begin to view yourself as capable of transcending addiction, rather than letting it define who you are.
With SKY, many of the wide-ranging physiological, mental, and emotional benefits are seen immediately. And numerous peer-reviewed published studies have verified these benefits.
How does SKY work?
SKY Meditation works in a unique way. It utilizes the innate ability of the breath to generate an automatic quieting of the mind, leading to a deep experience of meditation —whether you’ve never practiced meditation or have done it for years. It is easy to practice, and is effective even when the mind is restless or caught up in emotions. During the practice of SKY, you do not try to clear your mind or even watch the breath.
In addition to the SKY Meditation technique, there are specific light physical stretches, interactive processes, and other elements that will help you experience and integrate the benefits of meditation into every aspect of your life.
You will receive instruction in a helpful daily home practice. Weekly support sessions are also available, which help you sustain and expand the benefits of the course.
What does SKY mean?
SKY stands for Sudarshan Kriya Yoga, part of an ancient science of practices for maintaining health and expanding awareness.
