What is the SKY Recovery Program?

The SKY Recovery Program is an evidence-based wellness program that uses SKY Breath Meditation to help individuals in addiction recovery. It reduces stress, cravings, and anxiety while promoting emotional balance and mental clarity.

How does SKY Breath Meditation work?

SKY Breath Meditation is a unique breathing technique that activates the vagus nerve, calming the nervous system and reducing stress. By practicing SKY, individuals experience deep relaxation, improved emotional resilience, and reduced cravings.

The program is designed for:

  • Individuals in Recovery (residential treatment, outpatient, or personal recovery)
