SKY Community Recovery Program
Because recovery is not a solo journey
Addiction affects more than just individuals; it affects the entire ecosystem of a community. The adverse effect of addiction affects industry, education and families, and contributes to violence, crime, poverty, homelessness and vagrancy impacting society on every level.
The SKY Recovery Community Project engages both individuals in recovery, as well as community stakeholders both at the state and local level through research projects, as well as community engagement and community development work.
We believe that the support and encouragement of the community can help those struggling with substance abuse in overcoming their habit. The SKY Recovery Community Project seeks to address both the individual and the community through our holistic program. Our program seeks to build capacity of both the individual and the community with transformative frameworks and tools that increase social connection, resilience, and bring positive social change.
